This Saturday I was able to shoot the Windsor Spitfires Rookie Camp. I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more of at least a few of these guys in the future.

Saturday was the first big Bike Jam of the season at Forest Glade Skatepark. I showed up later than I wanted to, as usual, but I was still able to catch most of the action. The first photo is Jayde Cunningham with a 360 barspin over the spine in Best Trick.



This wall got gapped a lot throughout the day. Ryan Seguin successfully 180'd it.

Area 53 - 2011 - Photo #21

I didn't have a photo for today yet so I went out earlier in search of something. But the weather wasn't very inspiring. I ended up in River Canard and thought I'd try some HDR's. I'm not crazy about this photo, mainly because I had to make an HDR for it to look interesting.

I've already posted this photo on facebook, but I didn't shoot anything else this week. So this is my best photo of the week, even though I usually try to make this post fresh, its better then rushing a junk photo for the sake of something brand new. This is Chase Davidson on a solid day of riding.

This is an HDR that I just re-editing. I had made an HDR of it the other day and while it looked really good, it was too "HDR" for my liking. So I toned it down a little to make the scene actually look the way it did to my eye.

We finally made it out to the track yesterday for the first time this year. I shot just a handful of photos because we were busy getting our own kart ready for the season. Also, there were only about 10 karts so there wasn't too much action yet.

I only had a bunch of photos I didn't really like this week. So I went out today to try and find some good photos. But the weather was boring and snowy. I shot this panorama at a small conservation area in LaSalle with a little lookout tower.

With winter still hanging around Hobo has been forced to spend even more of his day tucked under the covers. Just for the record he did this himself, I didn't stage this.
